Welcome to Upward Fall Soccer League 2025!
We’re excited to kick off our second season and hope this page gives you everything you need to sign up to play or volunteer.
After a great first year, we’re expanding! Our league now welcomes kids ages 4 (by October 25, 2025) through 12.
What makes our league different?
- No Sundays – We believe families deserve Sundays off.
- Simple Schedule – One practice and one game per week, with all games on Saturdays.
- Healthy Competition – We focus on fun, respect, teamwork, and honesty—for players, families, and volunteers.
Though the league is hosted at a church, everyone is welcome—whether you attend church or not. This league is about building a positive community through soccer.

EVALUATION
Players must attend a short evaluation on Saturday, August 2nd anytime between 10am–12pm. It’s quick, low-pressure, and helps us create balanced teams for fun, fair play. This is not a practice. Meet coaches, other players, and enjoy some provided snacks!

Registration is now open! You can register online or in person at the Evaluation & Registration Event on August 2nd, 10am–12pm.

- $68 per child
- Early bird discount: $63 if registered by July 5th
- Closes August 2nd
- Includes: Jersey, socks, end-of-season award.
- You’ll need: Shin guards, cleats, and shorts. All other equipment is provided by the team.
- We don't want finances to be a barrier. If you need assistance, contact Kayla Dempster, we are happy to talk through options.

After evaluations, parents will hear from the league with practice and game details.
All events are held at Oak Ridge Free Methodist Church, Herkimer, NY (field behind the church).
